Developers, two friends and their dream
On September 29, 2011, Martin Provencher and Pierre Langlois, two fathers who are real estate enthusiasts and lovers of Lanaudière, acquired what would become Seigneurie du Moulin.
About Pierre Langlois
Pierre Langlois, President of Gestion immobilière Langlois, owner of a real estate project comprising 800 units in Montreal, was looking for a new real estate project. When he was President of the Apartment Owners Association of Greater Montreal (AOAGM), Pierre met Martin Provencher at a real estate event where they were both speakers. They struck up a friendship and the partners began looking for the most beautiful site in Lanaudière to make their project a reality.
About Martin Provencher
Martin Provencher, author of the book “L’immobilier en 2025” published by Éditions La Presse, which quickly became a best seller, made his first real estate transaction at the age of 16 when he purchased land. In his early twenties, this persevering man of action published his first book entitled: “Comment j’ai acheté ma première maison à 17ans!”. Holder of a BA in Psychology and a major in Administration, this dynamic real estate investor then obtained a Master’s degree, with an Award of Excellence, in SME Management.
After having managed more than 20 million dollars of real estate, Martin was also one of the youngest commercial account managers of a major North-American bank.
When they acquired the Seigneurie du Moulin properties, Martin knew that he would recommend the purchase of this building land to his would-be loyal readers and investors.
In fact, Martin has written several books and given dozens of real estate lectures. He encourages everyone to “purchase a safe investment where the environment is protected and enhanced.” Seigneurie du Moulin is a solid investment with great growth potential.
Pierre Langlois and Martin Provencher lead by example and share their knowledge and experience with others. So you can now confidently fulfill your dream of living in the mountains or by the riverside while investing wisely. Martin today lives with his family in Seigneurie du Moulin in Ste-Béatrix in Lanaudière.
